My Experience Creating the Tudor Black Bay Chrono with Pink Dial Video

The video of the Tudor Black Bay Chrono with pink dial marked a special moment in my journey as a content creator for Timepiece787. This project was unique, not only because of the piece itself, which is a coveted jewel in watchmaking, but also because of the circumstances and the team behind the scenes.

A New Beginning with a New Crew This was the first video I worked on with my cameraman and filmmaker, Giovanni Aponte. His involvement not only brought a new energy to the project, but also marked a rebirth in my channel’s production. I had faced challenges with my previous collaborators, from lack of interest to difficulties in capturing the message I wanted to convey. In contrast, Giovanni showed commitment from the very first moment, understanding that the watch should always be the protagonist of the video.

Also, on this special occasion, my daughter Valeria accompanied me during the recording. Her presence was invaluable, helping me organize the tracks and making sure everything flowed in the best way. It was a real family effort, and that gave the video an even deeper meaning.

An Unusual Setup The setup for this video was different than usual. Instead of filming in front of the counter, we were positioned in the conference area of the Kury Alta Relojería boutique. This change of environment added a fresh touch to the process, although it also brought with it some challenges. We were learning and experimenting with a new dynamic of filming.

We had two cameras running, and I used my tablet as a guide to conduct the interview I conducted with Manny, who was key to the unboxing of the watch. Despite being a first for us, we managed to create an authentic and exciting experience.

The Impact of the Video The video stood out not only for the quality of the production, but also for what it meant to my channel. This was the inaugural piece of a new era for Timepiece787, and I consider it to be one of my best videos to date. Critical and public reception confirmed that we were on the right track, and the fact that we managed to capture the essence of the Tudor Black Bay Chrono with pink dial was a significant achievement.
